Refund policy

We have a 14 day returns policy, (excluding wax melts which are perishable items) from the date you have received your goods from us. After 14 days, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return;

  • The item(s) was received within the last 14 days
  • It is in the same condition that you received it
  • It is unopened and unused
  • It is in its original packaging
  • It is returned to us safely without damage

 All items will be inspected upon return.

Sending a return

The responsibility of the items prior to arriving back with us is yours, therefore we strongly advise ensuring your items are well packaged and returned using a reliable postage method. If a package is lost in transit or damaged a refund will not be processed.

Refunds

Once your item has been safely returned without damage, we will issue a refund within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at aromawaxscents@yahoo.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-refundable  items

All our wax melts & hanging melts are classed as perishable items and therefore are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Special orders, custom products and personalized items are non- refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
